The entire system is tied together in how it recognizes items.<br /> <br /> To remove the "i" to the breed name, we will also have to change the file names of every single item on Alacrity, because of the way the system recognizes things.<br /> <br /> For instance, we name equippable items such as all companions and accessories like this "Breed Name_itemname.png" and there is a new file for every single breed in most cases.<br /> <br /> If we change the breed name to correct the issue, that means the system will no longer recognize any items for the Papillon, and to go through all the items and rename them would cause several glitches in the system because of the nature of how it works. All the items people currently have would no longer work on Papillons, and they would have to be given new, updated copies. So multiply nearly our entire inventory by a few thousand users, and that's not only a huge opportunity for cheaters to slip through and get free items they didn't have before, but would also be serious nightmare to keep up with.<br /> <br /> The best time for fixing the issue was back when the breed was first added, but unfortunately it's too late for that until we can figure out a less complicated solution.

Eesu, Silverstream didn't mean that herself, would have trouble removing one i in the Pap's. Silver meant it would be hard for the admins or whoever to reword it. And yes, it's been talked about in chat before, a lot of users agreed to no. But a lot of users just call them Pap's. ^^

This has been talked about in chat before, and almost everyone agreed to "no". It would take a lot of word and coding to get this fixed, so I'm afraid I'll have to not support. =)
